Role Summary
Seeking passionate faculty in HRM to teach, research, and contribute to academic excellence and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Teach HRM, OB, and related subjects.
Conduct and publish research.
Support NAAC/NBA accreditation and IQAC activities.
Mentor students and coordinate academic initiatives.
Qualifications
Ph.D./ Masters in HRM / OB / IR (UGC-recognized);
210 years of academic or industry experience.
Strong in teaching, research, documentation, and communication.
