Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
2. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
3. Manage onboarding and new hire process
4. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
5. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
6. Help to structure the job description
7. Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations, and agencies
8. Post and remove job advertisements as needed
9. Screen potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
10. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
