Role Overview:
The HR Executive (Tech Recruitment) will primarily be responsible for driving technology hiring at EazyDiner (70%) while also managing core HR operations such as attendance management, insurance administration, and reporting (30%). This role requires a recruiter with strong technical hiring expertise, combined with attention to detail for HR processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Tech Hiring (70%)
- Manage end-to-end tech recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across roles such as software development, product, data, QA, DevOps, and IT support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and tech leads to understand role requirements and define job specifications.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, networking, campus drives) to attract top technical talent.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for niche technology roles to meet ongoing and future requirements.
- Drive efficient interview processes, ensuring great candidate experience and timely closures.
- Track and share recruitment metrics, hiring pipeline updates, and weekly reports.
HR Operations (30%)
- Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, leave management, and coordinate with payroll for accuracy.
- Insurance Management: Handle employee insurance programs new enrollments, claims, renewals, and queries resolution.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, recruitment trackers, and periodic reports for management review.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.
- Provide assistance in employee onboarding and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in tech recruitment (IT/Startup/Product/Tech hiring experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, hiring processes, and sourcing strategies for tech roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and job portals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
