Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Schedule skills and final interviews with a daily completion target of 25 interviews.
  • Use interview scheduling tools such as Hirepro or Hirevue for booking interviews.
  • Ensure adherence to the interview scheduling template by all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the entire interview scheduling process from initiation to completion.
  • Identify and highlight scheduling roadblocks to recruiters and recruitment leads.
  • Provide real-time suggestions to improve scheduling efficiency, aiming to reduce cancellations, no-shows, and unconfirmed interviews.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any issues hindering interview completion.
  • Report daily interview scheduling progress to recruitment leadership.
