Position Description

Curately is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role will help maintain our CRM (HubSpot), ensure data accuracy, build reports, and support day-to-day GTM operations. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and help drive predictable revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys analysis, systems, and turning data into actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows
  • Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting
  • Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking
  • Support integration data flows between HubSpot and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, and others

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and weekly reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results
  • Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel
  • Provide data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership

Process Support

  • Document and maintain GTM processes and SOPs
  • Assist with building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programs
  • Support outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teams
  • Help QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setup

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for campaigns
  • Support Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibility
  • Assist Customer Success with renewal tracking, customer data, and account reporting

Qualifications

  • 13 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or similar analytical role
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (required)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Ability to work with large datasets, spreadsheets, and simple data models
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
