Job Description

We are looking for an experience HUB Incharge for managing overall cross dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock, adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT
  • of vehicle.
  • coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
  • maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
  • ensure HUB sop s are being following for safety and compliance.
  • support in resolving operational challenges at HUB leve

Key Responsibilities

  • Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge
  • 2 -to 4 yrs of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store
  • Operations for any Retail / Ecom company
  • Strong operational Knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management,
  • productivity tracking.
  • Must have experience in SAP HANA
