Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with the Plant HR Leader and business stakeholders, delivering people solutions that enable operational excellence and business growth within the factory environment. The incumbent will partner closely with Plant Leadership to build a high-performing workforce, strengthen operational effectiveness, and drive a positive employee experience across the factory environment.


While based within a manufacturing plant environment, this role primarily supports the plant's white-collar employee population, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Excellence, Finance, HR, Procurement, Program Management, and other support functions. The focus is on business partnering, talent management, leadership effectiveness, organizational capability, and employee engagement rather than large-scale industrial relations management

Key Responsibiliti

  • esPartner with Factory Leadership Team, and functional managers to align people strategies with plant objectives, production targets, quality goals, and operational prioritie
  • s.Partner closely with leaders and employees across plant-based white-collar functions to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, capability development, workforce planning, and employee experience initiative
  • s.Act as the key HR contact for the factory, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and people-related decision-makin
  • g.Drive talent management initiatives across the plant, including succession planning, identification of critical roles, leadership development, and technical capability building for manufacturing operation
  • s.Build a strong shopfloor culture by enhancing employee engagement, strengthening manager capability, and fostering collaboration between production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and support function
  • s.Lead employee relations initiatives within the factory, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, maintaining a positive work environment, and promoting constructive workforce-management relationship
  • s.Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, factory regulations, and internal governance standards applicable to manufacturing operation
  • s.Support organizational change initiatives within the plant, including automation projects, process improvements, digital transformation programs, productivity enhancement initiatives, and workforce restructuring where require
  • d.Leverage HR systems, workforce analytics, and operational data to provide insights on attrition, absenteeism, manpower utilization, productivity, and talent risks within the factor
  • y.Drive performance management processes across plant functions, ensuring alignment between individual performance, team objectives, and plant business goal
  • s.Coach and support plant managers, supervisors, and department heads on people leadership, team effectiveness, performance management, and employee developmen
  • t.Ensure seamless execution of core HR processes within the plant, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, talent reviews, and employee lifecycle managemen
  • t.Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee well-being across the factor

Candidate Prof

  • ile7+ years of HR experience, including significant exposure in Plant HR, Factory HR, Manufacturing HRBP, or Industrial Relations environmen
  • ts.Proven experience supporting white-collar employee populations within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology-driven environme
  • nt.Strong exposure to talent management, leadership development, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement for professional and managerial employee grou
  • ps.Experience in a plant or factory setting is essential; however, the role is primarily focused on partnering with plant-based white-collar functions rather than managing a predominantly blue-collar workfor
