Äiti Interieurs is a premium interior design firm creating timeless, human-centric spaces. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive our people strategy and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Handle employee relations, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
- Support compensation, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Analyse HR metrics and recommend people-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, fit-out or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong hiring network within the interiors/design ecosystem.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/HR certification is an advantage.
