About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about people management and want to build a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
- Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support performance management and probation review processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS tools is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (completed or pursuing) is preferred.
