Experience in PF Esic , Payroll,final settlement, salary, bonus, increment, leave encasement etc.


ompensation and Benefits:
To assist the employees in availing the ESIC benefits and PF queries.
Filling the PF & ESIC forms (along with family photographs) of those who are eligible.
Generation ESIC no & PF no new employees for every month.
Submit the ESIC & PF Challan on monthly basis.
Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, leave encasement etc.
Handling the full and final settlement of resigned employees along with exit interview.
PF / ESIC / Other statutory compliance related to labor/employees. This would include, documentation, returns, addition, deletion, maintenance of registers, online entries, cards, talking to employees and give them the most cost-effective solutions, resolving their issues.
