3. **Technical Expertise**: Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles, enabling effective candidate assessment and selection.

4. **Sourcing Skills**: Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

5. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

6. **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, providing a foundation for understanding recruitment principles and practices.
