Job Summary
The HR Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, employee records management, training administration, benefits administration, and HR operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, interns, and contract staff.
- Process transfers, promotions, redesignations, secondments, and other job changes.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
- Monitor probation, confirmations, contract renewals, and re-employment activities.
- Administer employee benefits, allowances, and welfare programs.
- Process allowance changes and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support annual benefit reviews and audits.
- Coordinate training registrations and learning records.
- Process training invoices and maintain training databases.
- Support organization-wide learning initiatives and events.
- Manage annual declarations and policy acknowledgements.
- Coordinate work pass renewals for foreign employees.
- Support work injury compensation claims and medical-related programs.
- Administer vaccination and health screening exercises.
- Respond to HR enquiries via email, phone, and HR helpdesk channels.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and support audit requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of HR Operations experience.
- Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
- Strong employee service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
