What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices

What are we looking for

  • At least 5 years of HR Experience
  • People Relations experience a plus
  • Workday Experience a plus
  • HR Domain certification would be a plus
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
  • Should have prior People Mgmt experience ( Minimum 2-3 years)
  • Good organizational & prioritisation skills.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Oversee the end-to-end exit process for employees, including resignation, retirement, terminations, and other separation scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage inputs to relevant team for final settlements, payroll adjustments, benefits, and tax compliance.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams (HR, Payroll, IT, and Legal) to ensure smooth offboarding.
  • Ensure timely deactivation of employee access to systems, tools, and facilities in collaboration with IT and Security teams.
  • Monitor and track the completion of all exit-related tasks, including clearance forms, asset returns, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive checklist for the exit process to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on exit process metrics, including attrition trends, compliance adherence, and process efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any disputes or concerns related to the exit process, ensuring a positive offboarding experience for employees.
