You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with internal teams to meet ongoing hiring needs while maintaining our company's culture and growth vision.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Source & evaluate profiles for IT roles (Developers, QA, Testers etc.)
- Handle Non-IT hiring (BPO-domestic and international, HR, US Healthcare, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: Sourcing Screening Scheduling Offer.
- Build candidate pipelines and maintain databases.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers for requirements & updates.
- Work on job portals, social media hiring & employee referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in bulk hiring / Non-IT / IT.
- Ability to handle pressure & meet targets.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
