Job Title: HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition (23 Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore and Pune

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 23 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for Tier 1 MNC clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, handling offer negotiations, rolling out offers, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions and business units.

Interact with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines (TAT).

Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and role suitability.

Manage offer process including salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent needs.

Track, monitor, and report recruitment metrics to ensure adherence to defined TAT.

Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

23 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably with Tier 1 MNC clients).

Strong knowledge of hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.

Experience in offer negotiation and handling stakeholder discussions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
