Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
