Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various IT domains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles including software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and other technical positions.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, technologies, and skill sets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
