Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various IT domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles including software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and other technical positions.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
