We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the progress of each recruitment process.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open positions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
