We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our franchise operations. This role involves identifying candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and contributing to building a strong employer brand.

Job Location- Dhankawadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify hiring needs across franchise operations, including store staff, managerial roles, and support functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Build a robust candidate pipeline for critical roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate pre-employment tests and reference checks as required.
  • Create detailed and appealing job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor application flow.
  • Promote the company's culture and values through job postings, events, and social media.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies during recruitment.
  • Maintain detailed records of hiring processes and generate regular recruitment reports.
  • Support or assist HR Department for Documentation or any other HR Task.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6months-1 years proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
