We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Support in onboarding processes such as document collection, orientation scheduling, and induction programs.
Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintaining recruitment reports.
Contribute ideas to improve the hiring and onboarding process.
