Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral hires in the BPO industry.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and shortlisting.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and comprehensive assessments.
- Ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process in line with company policies.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Leverage various recruitment tools and channels to attract high-caliber industry professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring records and candidate databases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years (maximum) in lateral recruitment specifically within the BPO industry.
- Adept at successfully handling and closing a diverse range of positions, including:
- Lateral roles
- Workforce Management (WFM) Manager
- Technical Support
- Team Lead
- Voice and Non-Voice processes
- Backend operations
- Proven ability to identify the right talent, streamline hiring processes, and ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end hiring cycles while maintaining efficiency and quality to meet organizational goals.
