Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, implementing effective HR strategies, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle-from onboarding to exit formalities. Maintain and manage HRMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee relations and ensure a healthy work environment. Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and performance management. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Prepare and maintain HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review. Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Lead HR initiatives aimed at employee engagement, retention, and development. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an IT company. Strong knowledge of HRMS tools and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Female candidates only (Age limit: 29 years).
