MBA in HR with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR Ops (Mandatory)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries

Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday/ SAP SuccessFactors/ Oracle/ PeopleSoft).

Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance

Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Experience Required:

MBA in HR with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR Ops

Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable

Proficient in MS excel for managing data

Good Communication Skills
