Summary: We are seeking to hire an HR Associate to join the APAC Talent Services team. This role is not just about providing operational support to HR. We are looking for enthusiastic problem solver who can apply their skills and constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various channels. Optimizing the delivery of our services is key to delighting our customer base and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Company's employees by responding to employee queries via a case management tool, in line with established SLAs
Ensure maximum employee satisfaction by ensuring interactions with employees are precise and timely in response to their inquiries.
Acts as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from other HR partners
Administration and management of employee related documentation, including verification of employment and new hire documentation
Escalates issues as required to appropriate teams for resolution and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution
Manages workload to defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
Handles a wide variety of HR related transactions across multiple channels and platforms
Ensure that all transactions are compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines
Responsible for the day to day delivery of identified key business processes
Support HR operational projects
Perform audits to determine data anomalies, gaps or completeness
Participate in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting and integrations
Basic Qualifications:
Fluency in English
5+ years professional working experience operating in a shared services center or customer service environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
Excellent oral and written communication experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management / manipulation
Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree)
Experience with HR Management Systems incl. Workday and Service Now is an ideal
Ability to work on issues independently
Detail oriented with capacity to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confidence in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have an abundance of common sense and pragmatism
