Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing and screening candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and other employment documentation
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
