Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing and screening candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and other employment documentation
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation process
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
