Role Description
The ideal candidate will be accountable for recruitment of senior doctors and consultants. The candidate should be well experienced in hiring of senior doctors for various specialties. The candidate should be able to identify and reach out to the right candidates as per the talent requirement.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Requirement
- Experience in Doctors Recruitment
- Strong knowledge about medical specialties.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and trends
- Proven track record in successfully identifying and hiring senior doctors & consultants.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the candidates
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
Education
MBA or MHA Preferably
Preference for immediate joiners.
