HR Manager - Samskara Jaipur

Samskara Resort & Spa is a luxury boutique wellness retreat located in Jaipur, specializing in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness. Designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul, the resort is set amidst a serene Amla orchard with 300 trees. With its focus on wellness and mindfulness, Samskara offers a tranquil environment for detox and rejuvenation. The resort is part of an expanding portfolio, with locations planned in Pushkar, Bagru, Jawai, and Udaipur.

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. Core responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, ensuring workplace satisfaction, and helping shape the organization's culture. Additionally, the role requires handling payroll administration, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, and Workplace Policies
• Experience in Recruitment, Training, and Employee Onboarding
• Skills in Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and HR Software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
