We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial capacity (3-10 years).
• Strong understanding of labor law and employment equity regulations.
• Experience with recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
