We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager with 10-15 years of experience in the Indian job market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function of the organization and providing strategic support to the management team. The HR Manager will be required to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations and be able to manage a team of HR professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in HR management in the Indian job market
