Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager position located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and hiring process, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing compliance with labor laws, creating training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to ensure effective people management and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance with Employment Laws, and Benefits Administration
- Skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership role in Human Resources is highly desirable
