Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for an experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, developing and implementing HR strategies, engaging with employees, and fostering a positive work culture. The role will involve managing employee relations, analyzing HR metrics and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong experience in employee engagement, team-building, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Knowledge of training and professional development program creation and implementation
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a deep understanding of the local job market and workforce
