Job Title: HR Manager (Female Only)

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle HR operations for our Bangalore office (60 employees) and to support our Mysore manufacturing unit (240 employees). The role requires strong HR generalist experience, employee engagement, payroll oversight, and talent management. Kannada fluency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management

- Handle employee relations, training, and development

- Drive employee engagement activities and communication

- Oversee payroll processing for both locations

- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws

- Coordinate with the Mysore plant for HR-related matters

- Open to travel to the Mysore unit as required

Requirements:

- MBA in HR with 1012 years of experience

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage teams and build employee trust

- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory

- Open to travel occasionally to the Mysore unit
