Job Description

Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including posting job ads online, organizing resumes and job applications, and scheduling candidates interviews.

Participate in the interview process and help orient new employees by setting up their workstations, email addresses, and logins.

Manage payments for SaaS products and maintain accurate accounts and financial statements.

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax withholding, bonuses, and deductions.

Assist in creating and updating company policies, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improving employee retention.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.

Requirements and skills

Zoho suite proficiency in both ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit is crucial.

Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.

Qualifications:

Graduation or equivalent

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
