Roles and responsibilities
- Placing job postings on all relevant platforms - Job Portals, Social and Professional media
- Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants
- Managing applicant documentation in ATS
- Managing candidate Database of the company in ATS
- Preparing client presentations
- Create Job postings in Canva or other tool
- Research for new information and tools in recruitment
Education & Skills
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
- Expert computer skills - Should be handson on MS Word, Excel, Google Docs etc
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
- Strong interest in recruitment
- Job post creation using canva or similar tool and posting on social media and linkedin
