Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Associate role based in Surat. The HR Associate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and driving initiatives for organizational culture. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, training and development activities, maintaining employee data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Training & Development and employee engagement strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
