Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations and address any employee concerns or issues.
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in HR or related field.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
