HR Generalist – Job Description

Experience: 5 Years | Manufacturing Experience Mandatory (No response will be made to candidates form non-manufacturing and IT)

Responsibilities:

Recruitment (White & Blue Collar), HR Operations, Budgeting, Compliance, Payroll/Attendance/Leave, Statutory Liaison, HRIS Management, Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling, Reporting (Excel/PPT).

Requirements:

• MBA (HR) / Master's in Social Science
• 5 yrs HR Generalist experience (Manufacturing – mandatory)
• Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
• HRIS working knowledge; strong Excel/PPT skills
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English (preferred)
