Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and processes, and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolution of workplace issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
