Hr Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Pune. The HR Generalist will manage various day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will also coordinate training initiatives, oversee HR administrative functions, and contribute to the development of HR policies. Building an engaged and cohesive company culture will be a key focus of this role.

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training Coordination
• Proficiency in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of HR software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
