HR Generalist

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a proven track record in labor relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Handle labor relations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field.
• At least 1 year of experience in labor relations and compliance.
• 2+ years of experience implementing performance management strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
