Job Title - HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition

Location - Pune (NIBM)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Shift Timings - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Joining - Immediate Joiner Preferred

Role Overview:

Looking for a proactive and people-driven HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations while owning recruitment for IT Development, Managed IT Services, and Non-IT roles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced digital/tech environment, balancing people management with hiring excellence, and contributing directly to building a high-performing and engaged team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Compliance

*Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires

*Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation

*Handle attendance, leave management, and benefits coordination

*Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements

*Support payroll coordination and related documentation

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

*Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements for:

IT Development roles

Managed IT Services roles

Non-technical and support positions

*Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms

*Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit

*Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback cycles

*Deliver a smooth and engaging candidate experience

*Maintain ATS data, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards

*Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

*Support employer branding and hiring outreach initiatives

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

*Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns

*Handle grievances and support conflict resolution when required

*Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and team events

*Promote a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous feedback

4. Performance Management & Development

*Support performance review cycles and documentation

*Coordinate training, upskilling, and development programs

*Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning

5. Policy, Culture & Process Improvement

*Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs

*Recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field

2.23 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferably in IT services, digital agency, or tech environments)

3.Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies such as:

JavaScript, React, Node.js

UI/UX, DevOps

Managed IT Services, IT Support

Cloud & Infrastructure

4.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools:

LinkedIn Recruiter

Naukri

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

5.Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance

6.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

7.Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles and HR responsibilities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

1.Experience hiring for remote or international roles

2.HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, AIRS, or equivalent)

3.Experience with HR systems such as Rippling or similar platforms

4.Exposure to startup or agency environments with rapid scaling
