15+ years of progressive experience in HR domain with extensive experience Talent Engagement, People Experience, HR Data Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development (OD) processes and design preferably in IT / Tech organization

A post-graduate degree/MBA from a reputed institute.

Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and data-driven approach.

An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex HR issues effectively.

Natural influencer with strong partnership and collaboration skills.

A passionate leader with a genuine interest in employee development and engagement.
