Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall talent acquisition strategies and plans to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions in collaboration with concern person.
  • Utilize various recruitment sources such as job portals, social media, alumni networks, etc. to attract potential candidates.
  • Review incoming job applications and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Collect and verify employee timekeeping data and calculate wages, deductions, and overtime pay.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payroll, including employee queries and concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance talent acquisition and payroll processes.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional knowledge.
  • Utilize technology and software tools to streamline and automate recruitment and payroll processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and payroll, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
