Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and hiring skilled professionals for our requirements, ensuring the smooth execution of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Customer Sales Representatives and other call center-related positions.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with department managers.
  • Maintain an active database of potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for call center or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
