Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Indovision Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee records, documentation, and maintain HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work culture.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
