Job Description

HR Operations
Will be responsible for end-to-end recruitments, understand the hiring requirements of organizations & according to organizations budget fulfill the requirements on given TAT
Attracting candidates through various social media networking channels like, LinkedIn, indeed etc.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Scheduling interview by coordinating with candidates and hiring
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
Payroll - Spine
assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.
