We Requires HR Executive for a Construction Company at Thane

Title/Designation : HR Executive

Location : Wagle Estate, Thane

Exp : Min 7Yrs

Talent Acquisition
Recruitment data base management
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle across all functions as per the requirement of the organization
Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, employee referrals and other sources.
Conducting interviews through Telephone/VC/F2F interactions
Offer management including Negotiation, Reference check, and background verification.
Closing the position within giving allotted time and the budget given

Orientation & on boarding
Giving Company introduction, explaining HR policy and culture to new joinees
Introduction of new joiner to the particular department and also sending mail introduction to all the employees
Managing on-boarding process for all new Joinees
Arrangement of work station and other assets like laptops and mobiles
Preparing ID cards, visiting cards if any for new joiners
Mail to IT for preparing outlook ID and other folder access given to new joiners
Responsible for opening the salary account of new joiners

Payroll Management
Manually and software attendance calculation for salary processing of PAN India employees
Leave ledger management
Salary processing, checking and preparation of wage register
Tallying the manual salary sheet with the payroll register
Submission of Salary register and bank registers to the accounts team within the turnaround time
Query resolution related with the salary/attendance /any deductions like loans, TDS, advances.
Issuing Salary slip through mails
Loans and advances approval as per the company policy
Manual calculation and disbursement of office boys salary

Statutory Compliance and other formalities
Approval of PF withdrawal, KYC updation
Assisting employees for any updation and completing the formalities related the PF or ESIC

Employee Engagement
Planning and implementing an annual festive and events calendar as per the budget planned
Solving employee grievances and queries
Planning and arranging for annual party, picnics, get to gather and rewards functions
Decoration in office during any festivals or celebrations and arranging snacks for employees
Implementing new policy like leave policy, WFH policy, rewards policy or arranging fundays to raise the employee moral and motivate

Exit and FNFs
Employee wellbeing and exit formalities
Taking exit interviews
Collecting asset handover form and other exit documents
Collection of all the assets given like laptops and mobiles, simcards, mediclaim cards etc
Preparing all the official letters like offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation Letter, Appraisal letters, Promotion letters, Releiving letter and experience letter and keep the record of the same both soft & hard copies
Creation, deletion and activation of email IDs of new joiners
Maintaining and updating Employee data base in excel sheet, software as well as hard copies
Other Administration work like handling stationery, renewing the AMC of company assets, preparing the contracts/ agreements of vendors and contractors and handling internal HR audit.
Preparing the budget for Employee engagement activities and admin
