Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRMS/HRIS).
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, etc.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) and documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
  • Payroll Benefits
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll input.
  • Administer employee benefits like insurance, PF, ESI, and gratuity.
  • Liaise with finance and statutory bodies for compliance-related activities.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and payroll.
  • HR Systems Data Management
  • Maintain HR dashboards and generate periodic reports (headcount, attrition, etc.).
  • Support implementation and maintenance of HR software and process automation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement Support
  • Support HR in engagement activities and communication initiatives.
  • Assist in grievance handling and employee support programs.
  • Facilitate induction programs for new hires.

Key Skills Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 36 years (for Executive to Manager level).
  • Prior experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration preferred.
