- Analyse the game played video of the users and tell them their mistakes
- Design and implement data management systems to track and analyze HR data.
- Extract and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain HR data visualizations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Identify and address data discrepancies and errors.
- Develop and maintain HR data governance policies and procedures.
