About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven HR Interns / Freshers to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Foundit, Naukri
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports
- Support hiring for IT and Non-IT roles
HR Operations / Core HR
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance follow-up
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and issue resolution
- Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation
- Assist in performance monitoring and appraisal coordination
Employee Engagement
- Support planning of employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in employee activities, celebrations, and HR drives
- Improve employee experience and communication
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email drafting
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR
Education
- Intermediate or any graduate
